Banks and Cash Machines
Banks in Spain are usually open from 8:30 to 14:30 Monday to Friday. Cash machines are found throughout the city and accept all major cards.
Currency
The currency in Spain is the Euro (Eur).
All fees for the conference will be charged in Euros.
Delegate Dinner
The organisers cordially invite you to attend the delegate dinner on Friday 29th of October. Dinner is included in the registration fee.
Insurance
The organisers recommend that you obtain insurance to cover medical and trave expenses. The conference fee does not include insurance.
Invitation Letters
Delegates who require an official letter of invitation to obtain a Entry Visa for Spain should contact the Conference Secretariat by e-mail no later than six weeks prior to the start of the Conference. Invitation letters will only be issued to delegates who have paid their registration fees in full.
Language
The language of the conference is English - no interpretation facilities will be provided.
Passport and Visa Information
Delegates are responsible for obtaining the required travel documents for entry into Spain. A valid passport is required and should be valid for at least six months after your exit date. Please contact the Spanish Embassy in your own country for travel guidelines.
Smoking Policy
Smoking is not permitted inside the conference venue.

Venue
The Cancer and Obesity Hot Topic Conference will take place in the Hotel Las Arenas Balneario Resort.
