Unlike other cancers, prostate cancer is a malignant tumor in men with a relatively slow progress. When doctors diagnose a patient with prostate cancer have cancer that has lived and developed since the last 40-10 years.

Another unique feature of prostate cancer is not the typical clinical symptoms. Patients with known prostate cancer later in life, often only with urinary problems, maturation rare blades, or pain during urination and urinary tract infections occur, or come to the complaint of back pain (bone to the sign of the spread of prostate cancer), the pelvic bones, or even medical examination with no complaints. Prostate cancer is a disease in older men. About 75% of cases of prostate cancer in men over 65 years.
