Registration is now open! Please read the information below before registering for this conference.
To register for this meeting you will first need to create a profile in the IASO Conference Management System. If you have attended previous IASO events you may already have a profile.

Note: Payments must be received by the corresponding deadlines (early or standard), otherwise the subsequent rate will automatically apply. Registration closes Friday 15 October 2010. Onsite registration will not be available at the venue.

Payment Information
Payment Policy
Your registration can only be confirmed once full payment has been received.
Payment options:
- Credit card is the preferred payment via the online registration system. Visa and MasterCard payments only. American Express payments are not accepted.
- Bank Transfer - Instructions on how to pay by bank transfer will be included on your invoice when you complete your online registration. Please note that international bank transfers may take up to 10 days to reach our account
- if you take advantage of the Early Rate, payment must be received by the July 7 deadline. If payment is not received by this deadline, the subsequent rate will automatically apply.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations received before July 5, 2010 will receive a full refund less a 100€ administration fee
- Cancellations received after July 5, 2010 will not be refunded
- Cancellations must be made in writing to the Conference Secretariat
- Substitute delegates will be accepted but must be advised in writing.
Group Registration
Group registration is available to groups of 10 or more delegates. If you wish to register your delegates as a group please contact the Conference Secretariat. Note: Group registration closes October 7, 2010.
Letters of Invitation
Letters of invitation to assist with Visa applications for Spain can be provided once the following information has been sent to the Secretariat:
- Proof of payment of fees (paid invoice)
- Full name
- Work and home address
- Date of birth and passport number
Note: Visa applications are not the responsibility of the Secretariat. Delegates are eccouraged to submit their applications to the appropriate embassy in good time. Letters of invitation will not be issued after September 24, 2010.
